TCK bought me to Holland Village for XO Fish Head Bee Hun for Dinner or Supper *whether you call it* .. my craving for this has started since sun.. YUMMY!

we order Fish Meat Bee Hun instead of Fish Head Bee Hun cos Fish Head has too many bones and we are not "trained".. on top of that, we ordered Shrimp Paste Chicken Wings.. GOOD!

The milky toman soup with XO is distinctive – it has a strong brandy taste and you can smell it immediately when it is brought to your table. If you don't mind paying $2 more, go for it. The boss, Ricky Lau, who used to be in the wine business, says he came up with the idea of adding brandy into fish soup to enhance the flavour.
