i did sit-ups(40), skipping(50) for the past 2 nites..although in terms of weigh, i only decrease by a few hundred grams..but i can see the difference in my size of my tummy..will continue to 'work hard'-----------------------------------------------------------------------
last nigght, can't manage to sleep at 8.30pm as planned..due to my tiredness and black-eyed ring..i just can't fall into dreamland.. dun know why..ended up sleeping at 11plus again..
