dog lovers MUST catch this movie! this beagle is totally adorable!

shoe shine's old job is a police dog.. he quitted after making a big mistake by reported a bomb by sniffing.. which the bomb he reported turns out to be a ham..

he was captured by the scientist's assistant to be used in experiment..

while shoe shine is trying to escape from the wicked scientist's lab..
he bumped into a shelf of chemicals and the whole shelf of chemicals poured on him.. they didn't kill or hurt him.. instead they turn him into a super dog which can fly like an eagle, speak like a human and superb hearing + smelling..

in the end, his new master starring Alex Neuberger encourages him to use his power to save the innocents...

After an accident in the mysterious lab of maniacal scientist Dr. Simon Barsinister (PETER DINKLAGE), an ordinary beagle unexpectedly finds himself with unimaginable powers and the ability to speak. Armed with a fetching superhero costume, UNDERDOG (voiced by comedian JASON LEE) vows to protect the beleaguered citizens of Capitol City and, in particular, one beautiful spaniel named Polly Purebread (voiced by Academy Award® nominee AMY ADAMS). When a sinister plot by Barsinister and his overgrown henchman Cad (PATRICK WARBURTON) threatens to destroy Capitol City only UNDERDOG can save the day.
